The hotel had nice rooms overall, but my experience was dampened by a leak over where the TV was located, which was a bit concerning. The service, however, was very poor, with rude staff members present throughout the night. The location was convenient but took some time to find. The dining experience was average. Despite some drawbacks, the hotel did offer facilities like a kitchen with a fridge for guest use.

The hotel has a great location close to Upper Street with many bars and restaurants. The rooms were well-equipped with heaters but lacked fans. The service was efficient, and the digital locks were a nice touch. The private bathroom and easy check-in/out added to the convenience of the location. However, the small kitchen area instead of a wardrobe was a downside. The dining experience with homemade products was pleasing.
